Had it for about 2 years now and going to get another for a birthday gift. Probably light-moderate use vs an everyday user. Had a minor quality control issue and they took 100% care of it. Didn't get accessories when I got it but when they mailed me the part they added them in without asking. The latches have held up wonderfully. The tie down points allow a nylon carry strap to be added if desired. Doesn't tip over with the lid up and mostly empty like many rotomoulded coolers do. Feet have held up well. Standing and sitting on it frequently with no visible damage.Refrigerator gasket works well, seals tight which sometimes takes a little more effort to open. Lasted longer than foam gasket I've had in other coolers. Get a little something sticky on the foam and it rips off on the base later.Only issues I've had are when I spilled some food on the handle and my cats decided to eat the foam because it smelled good. The plug seems to leak unless I put Hercules effort to turn it but has gotten to be easier with age. Very happy with it.Almost all the coolers over estimate their ice retention hours but typically that requires a pre chilled cooler when you put ice in it overnight, then add fresh ice and your food the next day. Ultimately they all use pretty much the same R-value foam so similar thickness coolers perform similarly. We put shit in it and it doesn't last half of what the manufactures says but we don't pre chill like they do.
