Update. It came off. Went in wheel. Maybe a mire secure way to attach or stronger velcro. My mom is 85. I think it would have been OK if someone had checkedthe Belcourt straps more often. I only dropped start reading down 1 start. I feel it was negligence on our part not checking straps daily.However, it Works great on a jazzy and is very convenient.This item was very small. It's hard to get into the small pockets.Doesn’t fit normal WCI really like the zipper compartment. I can carry my billfold. mask,sanitizer,bus passes,phone and whatever. I I like how it fits on the inside. Highly recommend this. I wear a fanny pack but I can put the items I most use in this tote.It worksWorks as intended.
